117 litres filled in BIB. Pasteurised and just cooling off before they will be stored in the stone cellar. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk
I worked on blocking up some more firewood. I am building a stack of blocks and then I will split it all and see where I am at. If the weather was nicer, I would be sorely tempted to..... (she keeps calling to me...)
I know what you mean. I rode my Harley exactly ONCE in 2022. :-( Maybe I should sell it and use the $$ for exotic shaving supplies! - Bax
Eyed that big old oak in the front yard more closely than ever. /deep in Ian's projected orange - red zone.
I sold my last motorcycle 2005 (BMW), I still miss to have one. Specially spring time, but thinking a little bit further the risk driving one I haven’t bought one. Much safer with shaving supplies Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk
i sold my last mustang late last year.while i miss having a hot rod for the first time in years,i don't miss the risks or financial responsibilities..
I have almost 22,000 miles on that 2013 XL1200CP Harley will not make these anymore starting next year. I ain't selling mine! I am almost to 4000 miles so far this riding season and it ain't over yet!
I cleaned the innards of my vacuum cleaner. Remarkable how much better machines work when you maintain them.
I wanna ride the bike but, Canada says "No you ain't"! "The Great White North" will be back soon...cold rain coming out of the NW today. It may get a light frost tonight. They are calling for a low of 35 F here. I live on a hilltop so, I will most likely see a frost.
We have already had frost two weeks ago, about 30 F (-1 C), now it’s around 54 daytime and 40 nights. Winter is coming fast and furious Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk
This is why I need to get more wood blocked up. I am building a stack and will split it all once I have a large stack. I will then re-evaluate where I am at in my mission to fill the woodshed. Woodshed is 12 feet by 12 feet. I currently have 2 rows so, I need at least 3 more but, would like to have 4 more. I stack them about 6 feet tall or almost to the roof of the leanto/shed. I figure I may have 1 more month to get there. I try to keep the snow and rain off the wood so, I wrap tarps around the sides and have a curtain made from a piece of old rubber roofing that my brother-in-law gave me. Tough stuff! The opening is facing east so, I really have to close that up or a noreaster will fill it with snow! (it has happened before!)
