Maybe I’ll get back to posting SOTD more often, I’m still testing and having quite a bit of fun doing it. Today was a kinda 5/8 Genevaa Fluid Steel that I bought for $21 as a test razor. The heel is narrower than the toe, but there’s no corresponding spine wear above the heel, so I suspect that sometime in the past it has had a small heel chip removed. Anyway, the edge is straight and even and the steel is good - and it shaves really well. So it’s serving it’s intended use, I’m trying out a new large tomo that came in a lot of nagura, and the tomo is a winner. Cream was SMN lathered with a SOC boar, and a splash of Agua Balsamica finished up a ‘10‘ shave.

By any chance did @HolyRollah put new scales on that W&B? He did a rescale of one of mine some years ago and the washers and general shape look very similar. Regardless, it’s a fine looking razor
