Very nice shave and setup Barry. It's rare to see a Gillette Ball End Tech so thanks for bringing it out. Of course, Cella is a wonderful soap that is also great on the wallet. Love the scent, too. Enjoy your day.

Feelin' a little italian today so, I used my Fatip (fah-teep) olive wood handled razor. Vey pleasant shaver!

Razor - Fatip olive wood handle Open Comb
Blade - fresh BIC Chrome Platinum
Pre-shave - Proraso Blue (getting to the bottom of that jar)
Soap - Mudder Focker (I smell a bit of mint in this soap)
Brush - Simpson T2 Trafalgar synthetic
Post-shave - Thayers Toner with witch hazel "Lavender" & Proraso AS Balm
After-shave - Pinaud Clubman

Very nice 2 passer WTG & ATG with no cleanup. Nice and close for smooth face! I really like this open comb razor! I warmed the face with HOT washcloth while I pre-heated the scupper with HOT water. I have almost polished the pre-shave cream off in that jar but, I have another! I measured a dab of the shave soap with my tiny spoon and got it perfect ratio of soap/water. I am getting the hang of how much water to soap for the most part. I do have a couple of really thirsty soaps tho that make me work at it.

No cuts, nicks, or weepers and the alum bar was silent. Very pleasant shave!

The supervisor was not real impressed (Ho Hum)

Excellent Sunday morning shave. I do enjoy the scent of the soap and toner. The scent profile is as follows: “amber, tonka bean, amyris, cedarwood, agarwood, vetiver, cigar tobacco, black tea, jasmine and geranium.”
My only complaint is regarding the toner’s scent dissipates relatively quickly which is unlike the other splashes I have from Chatillon Lux.
Three passes has left my face silky smooth.
