DE SOTD, November 16th 2022 Razor : Razorock 2nd generation Lupo.72- Mfg 2021>, mid range, excellent for clamping the blade design, made from 316SS, excellent QC in machining accuracy and over all finish. Just a joy to use mostly, well worth my purchase for a DE thingy. Blade : Gillette Silver Blue(1) Sharp & smoooth, resonable longevity. Top tier blade! Soap : Tabac- flowery clean scent, excellent lather qualities. This soap sure softens up the whiskers for the blade to snip easier. Brush : Yaqi "Bali" 24mm silvertip badger, excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury pillow like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Great badger brush IMO. Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area. Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave : Witch beard cleanse + Yaqi Musketeer Rapier AS + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless). Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my RR Lupo.72 with a GSB blade. (perfectly nice shave today)! Have some great shaves!
Hi Friends, Here my Shave of the Day (16.11.2022) Razor: RazoRock Lupo AL // Blade: Gillette 7 o ´clock green // Soap: PAA Harvest Moon (Sample) // Brush: PAA Green Ray // Aftershave: PAA Harvest Moon (Sample) What a fantastic shave. The razor worked very well with the blade, but the star of the party has definitely been the Soap and Aftershave. What a scent!!! Absolutely wonderful.
