    If you can actually use a full stick of Arko without interruption, I applaud you. I will even make a shave bowl for you to commemorate the event.
    Just don’t put Arko in it…:eatdrink047:

    Generous offer, Jason.
    BTW, this escapade with Arko will be a unique event.

    Sure, Charlie. I just assumed you wouldn't consider it a detriment to stick to the same soap for 2-3 months and wouldn't need the motivation. Your history of hoarding Tabac comes to mind...:angelic007:

    The players will remain the same until the Arko is gone. Exception will be razor blades. I am new to the Cobra and I might experiment with some different blades. The Jerry Juice is being 3017'd as well. The brush, known fondly by @clint64 as "The Soap Destroyer", is the Simpson CH2 Synthetic.
    Once I got over the visceral, olfactory images of toilets, back in the 60's, I loaded the brush:

    I might just enjoy this challenge...:shocked029:

    Did you just load the Arko is a ‘commode inspired’ receptacle? I yearn for this type of low hanging fruit, Mon ami. :eatdrink047:
    PS- good job allowing the Arko to air out by grating and un-lidding…:yoda

    Fastest way to kill a soap is to use as stick
    With no control, ends up to over than 2 grams per day

    @Primotenore
    Maybe You're enjoying this too much ...

    Maybe I am, Pierpaolo, but believe me, when the soap has as much surface area as my Arko now has, I can use MORE than 2g/day...maybe 4g!!!

    I admire your dedication. I am still working through my final puck of Institut Karite. After that I will probably spend about 8 months with a puck of MWF.

    I think everyone should use a soap from start to finish at least once. Seeing how long a soap would last really helped me break my impulse soap purchases. It also got me to the point of if a soap isn't good enough to use daily, I didn't bother with it any more.

    Cobra will strike when you least expect it.
    Today's shave was much better, although I still got some weepers in very strange places.

    Methinks the photo is misleading. The tub isn’t nearly as full as it appears:
