I am very glad to have experienced several Zenith brushes this month. The Zenith has not yet exceeded my devotion to my well-worn pillow soft Omega 49, but I was impressed enough that I am awaiting one or two new Zeniths of my own.

It is documented by The Gentle Shave https://www.thegentleshave.com/blogs/new...ving-brush that in 2015 the RazoRock Blondie Boar Bristle Shaving Brush was this brush manufactured by Zenith. Does anyone know if that is still the case? In other words, in taking advantage of the RazoRock Boxing Day sale on Monday, did I purchase this Zenith brush under the RR label? Still on sale at RR for $7.

Not a "shaving goodie", but a hand soap from Beardsman's Oil. Co. Makes me wonder if this company DOES have a shaving goodie or 2. The hand soap is naturally handmade.

Nice shave and setup Eric. I an not sure if RR is still using rebranded Zenith boar brushes. However, $7 is a good deal even if it is a rebranded brush.

I had a nice 2 pass shave without any problems. The Stirling Brush whipped up a nice, slick lather. Razorock soaps are a great value with excellent performance. The soap lathers quite easily. Some folks say that it doesn't have the skin food to keep your face feeling smooth. I don't have that problem because I have only skin. I broke my personal record with 19 shaves on a Personna Hairshaper Blade. Tomorrow, I will try for #20 and then I will finally toss it.
Anyway, the alum feedback was silent. Splashed on the AQ and I am pleased with this session. Take care.

Skin Bracer has been around since 1931. I started shaving in the early '70's and it was one of the first aftershaves that I used. Jack Palance made it cool with this 1994 commercial.

very cool.it has a smooth mellow scent to me,in a similar vein to aqua velva sport.not acrid or polarizing..

Brush: Semogue 1438.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl : Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: Vitos Vegetal shaving soap.
Blade: Super-Max Super Platinum.(D2)
Razor: Parker 87R.

Another wonderful effortless 2 pass +pickups close comfortable shave with the Parker 87R to finish my last shaving week of 2022 in style.

Like the vast majority of Subcontinent DE blades with few rules to the exception the Super-max BDT isn't the sharpest of blades but they are smooth and have paired up with my razors throughout the week and have been consistent with no duds or other quality issues.

A very comfortable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Kick ASB.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.

Great shave this Throwback Thursday morning(and I'm not a man who likes to brag, but there it is anyway). 0:30 at the loading dock for the Stoylin brush to scoop up the WTX soap. Soaps from Hub City Soap Co. have that healthy quality of being "skin food". Nice paint job all over. 2 passes. Again, I went over the cut area at Cactus and it didn't cause a problem. That's skin food for ya! No cuts,Knicks, and polka-dots. With the large poue spout on the Week-end Rodeo A.S, I had to be real careful. As it was more came out than I had planned. But I was happy with the shave. Outta This World Excellent.
