2 pass BBS. Either the blade performed even better in the N-400 - very possible - or it smoothed out since shave 1. Either way, wonderful. The 1919 works very well, no issues.

 

i experienced that as well.smoother on the second run.

Shaved at work so one pass DFS. Still smooth... paired with the NEW may be the best match yet, or the blade is really breaking in.

 

i was thinking that,..up for the next 3.1965 k-1 brit flare tip.while still a mildish razor this one has the slim head like the black handle version and seems more efficient that the earlier ones.if it doesn't pan out i'll try the brit red tip.

 

On my 12th shave with the Merkur 34C, it shaved just like my first shaves, BBS.

 

very cool.my 12th was fine shave wise but had some warmth after the fact.could easily be something else like the lather.was due to swap razors anyhow.will know soon enough.
