Excellent 2 pass shave with this super sharp razor. The shave was so smooth that there wasn't any alum feedback. Splashed on the matching aftershave to end this session. Take care

Thanks Joe. I am bad at guessing but it could be 30 to 50 shaves and that's why I am figuring the end of Feb/ beginning of March. I will probably use the soap for headshaves too so you guys don't get bored with my setup.

I figure I have about 20 shaves left with the Prairie Song

Thanks Gary. I should've asked the seller what he used to hone my 2 CMon razors because they are wicked sharp.

Took a trip to the past with this shave tonight.
Slickness is outstanding. Granted I love my Artisan soaps like sterling and PAA but nothing beats this. We have hard water here on base but even then it doesn’t affect the performance of this soap much. However the lathers I get from the tap water back home with this soap is heavenly.

Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/ Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Wright's Coal Tar Traditional Bar Soap.
Brush: Vie-Long 21mm Horsehair.
Lather: Vie-Long Shave Stick.
Blade: Treet Classic. (D2)
Razor: 1960's Gillette Slim Twist.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse. / Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel. / P&G Old Spice Original ASL./ Cien Sensitive ASB.

An invigorating early morning cold water shave to finishing my shaving week off superbly.

The Vie-Long Shave Stick provided a slick protective lather for the full shave without re-apply it to my face. The performance & post shave feel from this shave stick is absolutely superb.

A very comfortable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Aloe Vera Body Lotion.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.

Pleased with my Throwback Thursday shave this morning. One pass. Zero Cuts, Knicks, Polka-dots. Gillette Foamy can go with just about any aftershave. Mighta done better on the cheeks/sideburns but it was good enough. No negative issues anywhere else. Doc Sebastian(Paul)has a great aftershave going, I'll tell you that right now(oh, I just DID). His pour spout is a little too wide, but I'm learning to be careful so as not to have Niagra Falls in my sink. Outta This World Excellent.
