Jan 24 SOTA Good afternoon. Shavette Shave #430 Dovo Personna Hairshaper Blade (3rd use) Semogue OC Super Badger Brush Stirling Frankincense and Myrrh SS and AS Stirling Alum Block Beard Growth: 23.5 hrs Everything went well. I made a thinner, but slick lather that allowed my shavette to glide on my skin while whisking away my whiskers. BBS was the result with no errors on a 2.5 pass shave. Alum feedback was loud on certain areas of my neck, but that's OK with me. Double-splashed the matching aftershave and felt the burn . Have a nice evening.
wednesday k-1 bit flare tip/p-74 #13 rr 400 proraso blue epsilon blue good morning gents another fine p-74 shave in the books. awesome have a great day everyone
A decent finish of th Clubman/Razaorock trifecta this morning, using the Jayaruh #59 brush for the finale. (I say finale, there's a lot more to go in the soap and the Clubman), 2 passes. No cuts, two Knicks, no polka-dots. The Knicks happened at South Porcupine(chin). That poor area has received a lot of damage in recent shaves. Deserves special attention until I can solve this. Course the "easy way out" would be to let a beard grow just theere and shave all other areas. Ahhhh, just not that ready for another try at a beard. Everywhere else was fine. And now for the "thrill" of the shave-dropped my open soap puck into the sink with some water remaining. It'll be more than ready for use next time, (chuk yuk yuk). Most Excellent.
Colibri (Hummingbird) 1.10mm base plate. Voevoda stainless steel handle. Feather blade (3). Yaqi 24mm synthetic brush. Lakewood Soap Company Smokeberry shave soap. Timeless Razor shave bowl. Irish Chestnut by Andy Hilfiger cologne. Smooth sailing this morning. Happy Wednesday everyone!
