Wonderful shave Joe. Have a nice time with your mother and sibs.

 

Some problems during today's shave, but it was all right. Repeated with Old Gold(OSP's Old Spice dupe) and Old Spice A.S.(P&G brand). Great at the cheeks&sideburns, but trouble cme with cuts at S. Porcupine and Cactus. I thought I'd loaded enough soap to protect me from cuts. Guess I went in too hard at the extra "protection". Left too much astroturf down at Cactus, too. The aftershave was nice. 2 passes. 2 cuts, no Knicks and no polka-dots. Very Outstanding(could be better). 2 days of sophisticsted goo coming up to set me up for the "3017 Project".

 

I shaved before bed after my shower and Theo supervised.

I am continuing my quest to use up this soap and it looks to me it might be Fitzgerald on or before Friday. I picked my Omega Pro 49 Brush for today's shave because I use a lot of soap with it, ergo, get to the finish faster.
The bristles are so soft that it really is a fine brush that lathers any soap well.
Did a 3 pass shave because I didn't want to waste good lather. Three passes gave me a very close, almost cotton ball smooth BBS shave without any mishaps. I had slight alum feedback on my neck, but zilch elsewhere.
Splashed on the matching aftershave to end this session. Take care.

 

Stirling just came out with a Feb drop.
Stirling Spice and Stirling Green are back. Scarn is back as well and there might be others.
