@Stefano73. Hmm, my Tech cap looks the like one on the left of the last picture, and the one on the right of the first picture. But feels heavier than the rest of the razor. Beginning to wonder if it is from a different razor.
the thicker,unscalloped frosted gillette head is from1953-late 50s approx,the transition cap has the engraved looking logo/early base plate from around 1961-3 and the script only cap with the later base plate is 63 onward.all dates are approximate.
