Wow! That brings back childhood memories! As soon as I took a peek at a Tom Terrific cartoon on YouTube, it was all so familiar again. Thanks for the reminder!
I only buy when on sale usually, it sure is a shiny handle at a reasonable price. Canadian price is close to $40, I will by it down the road and save some money is my thinking.

Williams Wednesday's Cold Water Shave Cold Water Rinse Williams Mug Shaving Soap Tom's B400 Two-band Badger Bunny V3 Injector Supply Black Label Blade CWR Aqua Velva Musk AS The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Tom's B400 Two-band Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Bunny V3 Injector Razor with the NOTSO comb and a Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Wednesday morning’s Grand Freeze: L’Oréal Men Expert Facial Wash Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole Junjie/Rapira day 3 Captain Nemo Absolute Zero SS Prep ASB Captain Nemo Absolute Zero AS Toner Stirling Baker Street EdT I never tried the WM Neumann’s version of Absolute Zero but I can definitely say that the Captain Nemo one is a precious treasure from India. It’s not tallow based because apparently it’s illegal to use tallow in any products but this soap lathers like a dream come true, it has a very nice aquatic scent, it’s so slick, the menthol sensation is so friggin powerful that it easily matches any of the Stirling Glacials, and it’s so comfortable as well as soothing. The Prep moisturized, soothed, and added extra cooling, while the Absolute Zero aftershave froze the daylights out of me. Finally the Baker Street eau de toilette made me smell great. Another brilliant three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed from start to finish! Have a great day - be well and stay safe! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks Jeff! The Gentleman's Groom Room is a bricks and mortar shop with an internet presence. They are located in Dundee in Scotland. Some of their soaps are made by a small soap company in the Shetland Isles and some are made for them exclusively by Wickham Soaps. The scents sold under the Gentleman's Groom Room banner are not available anywhere else. I have 2 ....and they are good!

DE SOTD, Wednesday, April 19th 2023, Testing the older Sputnik extra wide blades. Razor : Yaqi Slope slant, 316L SS- Mfg 2022>, mild razor, well built and finish are adequate for my shaving needs. This is a torsional type slant with a sloping safety bar to keep gap reasonably even . I like to use a extra wide Kai SS blade usually but this morning decided to use a older Sputnik extra wide to see how it performs. The Sputnik is not as sharp as the Kai ss blade but did a nice shave this morning overall. Very close shave this morning to start the day off. Blade : older Sputnik extra wide(2) sharp & smooth, longevity unknown. The older Sputnik blade is unique because they are a wider blade than the new modern Gillette Sputnik blades I have discovered recently. Both old & new blades are Teflon coated. Soap : Ach Brito Lavanda cream , nice lavender with a slight mint clean scented cream with excellent lather qualities. Brush : Yaqi "Dandelion" 24mm Cashmere synthetic knot, excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, gentle spay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area. Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave : Ach Brito AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless). Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Yaqi Slope slant with a Sputnik extra wide blade. Have some great shaves!
