I’ve enjoyed the Z0 the past two days. Such an efficient shaver- I’m completely smooth with 2 passes and a few touch ups.

Tossed the Spoiler after this shave. It was good, but some skipping on my neck.
Fatboy set to 9 is a fairly "blade-forward" tool.
One of the first oud scents marketed to the west, YSL M7 aftershave, finished a nice shave.

A great shave to start the day. The Zenith B2 ate through the Fat. The little piece remaining is moving around the container so much it does make it difficult to load the brush. The end of this tub of MWF is very near.

The DG knot is slightly large for loading a donut. However, with my advanced lathering skills, I made it work.
The DD is a LOUD razor. Lots of "buttering toast" scraping.
    Excellent results.
Benign stank. Won't offend sensitive noses.

Beautiful set up and shave, Joseph! Thanks for supporting the local economy here in my neck 'o the woods by deploying the Shave Tonic.

Hello gents.i 've had a fantastic time hanging out and contributing to this fine thread and would love to continue.however i have a small issue.i get really bored really easily, always have ,always will.i am sure part of this comes from having too many choices, first world problem i know, but again,it's part of my of thinking per se.real world problems like food and housing i am quite frugal,my hobbies i am not.:D
i like mitchell's a lot,so much that i will repurchase it and keep it in regular rotation.knowing this i have decided to stop using it for my 3017 shaves.as i really do have too much product on hand,(near 100 soaps/creams)i must use them ,but not replace them.this means that nearly 90% of my product is still like new,as i change it out daily.they are all great quality top tier (in my mind) products researched and reviewed by many of you and others on shave forums.so in there lies a dilemma.which one to use first..
a and e kaizen will be my next 3017 adventure for 3 reasons.
    1) in time if not already it will be discontinued,as he changes the formula near daily these days, almost frustratingly so.
2)it was purchased with the then new formula in mind .the scent is lovely ,but generic.hard to place.
    3) it doesn't really match with any of my edt's or colognes.another first world problem..;)

so there you have it.another failed attempt at a 3017 but hanging in there.:D:eatdrink047:

    up for monday.

4).not keen on the label.shave soaps and related products should have classy labels like seaforth and stirling..razo-rock is another offender.;)

Well the Mitchell's Wool Fat is done and dusted.

Now I just need to decide what the next 3017 target will be.

    April 2023 Recap.

I have had a blast hanging out this month. I am so happy the MWF is done. It's a fantastic soap but I am ready to move onto something else. See you guys next month.

A&E will be much easier to knock out. The soap is soft and goes pretty quickly. The triple milled stuff like MWF takes a lot of time.

thank you Clint,i was thinking the same:),i need to get a couple gone through before i attempt another triple milled soap again..at least in the 3017 context.:eatdrink047:really liking the lea hard soap as well.won't be going through that any time soon.;).my i should try when they are less tha 1/4 left.

Funny you should mention the LEA soap. I am trying to decide between it and MdC Fougere for my next 3017 soap.

mdc would be a long haul.unless it's mostly gone already..:)

  17. clint64

If you use MdC everyday it goes quicker than you would think. I still need to decide what's next

Thank you Charlie. Not the only fat that is gone. I am down just under 40 lbs according to the doctor. My physical exam and and blood work were fantastic. Just another 10 lbs left for to reach my goal.
