Day 16 A nice two passer before a golf game with a few cronies. Used the Emulsion as the weather was hot for the first time this spring. I got this Occam’s from Jim (jluc) a number of years ago now. I don’t reach for it often, but it was awesome today with the full scalloped plate.
This tub of Phoenix Fine Accutraments is finally finished. I wanted to make sure today was the day so I went big. My oversized Simpson Polo 12 made a rare aperance for the grand finally. I went big on the razor too, an 8/8 Grim Butcher for the send off. I was hoping to finish off the Shave Tonic in the same day too but it will live for just one more shave. Finished it off with a big stink too, Montale Aoud D'Arabie. Hope everone is enjoying their weekend. It is already Monday here but we are off for Labor Day.
No kidding…Mastro Miche comes to mind for sure. There was another I had that was even creepier, just can’t remember the name. They seem to much more ‘middle of the road’ for labels these days.
Really good, dirt cheap aftershave from Germany. Former East Germany even. Scent on the strong side, so I don't tend to use it if I'm wearing any other scent for the day. I think nr. 1 (sensitive) is either unscented or lightly scented. They had one that was even worse…orange and cinnamon…vegan formula…Linuxguile and I both got it on sale. I binned it. Awful soap, awful label. For the life of me, I can’t remember what it was called.
