I closed out(for now)my Bill Neumann HEARTWOOD soap&A.S. combo in nice fashion this morning. There were 2 Knicks, both along South Porcupine Alley(chin). No Cuts, no Polkadots. The Knicks were the only 2 problems. The exfoliating bodywash and Bill Neumann soap&A.S. all worked in conert to tske good care of the rest of my shaveable areas. Pleased with the shave. Very Outstanding.

 

Fabulous shave Gary. I use the excess lather to wash my face after the last pass. It gives me an extra boost of the scent. Do you do the same?

 

thank you Joe,yes i do with this soap,many post shave ingredients in A and E soaps.no balms needed.touch of splash if wanted.

 

I'm not much of a balm man, muhself.

The new addition to the den made it in today.

The seller had it listed as "Nothing special just a stainless steel razor ".

I got it for a song....the handle alone is worth what I paid for it.

These pictures are the condition that it arrived in. I should be able to straighten out the safety bar, give it a good cleaning and polishing. It just needs a little love.

Introducing my new to me Ikon S3S all stainless steel razor.

I don't know how many of these were made but I figure the numbers are low. I think the razor came out in 2011. The head is similar to the Pils and Tradere.

Hopefully I'll have it ready for a test run in the morning.

Did a 2 pass shavette shave for an error-free BBS shave. The Stirling brush whipped up a nice lather that made this shave a good one.



Zero alum feedback was the order of the day. Splashed on the Pinaud-Clubman Classic aftershave to end this refreshing session. Take care.
