I am pondering my next 3017. :signs002: Being that the warmer days are upon us, I was thinking along these lines...

    Art of Shaving Lavender
    Art of Shaving Lemon
    Art of Shaving Peppermint
    Art of Shaving Rose Absolute
    (creams)

    Klar Kabinett
    ETHOS Lavender Suprême
    Fine Lavender Deluxe
    (soaps)

    Input greatly appreciated. :)

I have tried and I am just not that good at bowl lathering.

I would think either AOS Peppermint on Lavender Suprême. I am curious what you think of the Lavender Suprême.

The sweater vest is a safe go-to for informal fall gatherings, but a v-neck sweater combined with a neckerchief is guaranteed to impress. Pumpkin orange is making a comeback this year.

Fall will be here before you know it, and demand for these items is expected to be strong. Consult with your haberdasher now to avoid disappointment.

Actually, my haberdasher is currently hand-making me my newest, Sunday-go-to-meeting outfit.

    Day 33
I shaved this weekend at the lake, but didn't take out this focused soap. It was a nice long weekend. I hadn't used the 'Canadian Rocket' in awhile and it did a fine job early this morning.

Can't give an opinion on this. I haven't tried any of these, Maestro. I have used the AoS Sandalwood, but not those scents.

    1) 99% of the time.
    2) Never
    3) Never

I only use the bowl these days to press in a sample.

    Same here!

I purchased a large lather scuttle years ago, but I've never used it. Time spent in face lathering helps prepare my beard, and I prefer the extra scrub on the face. I used to have the occasional clogged pore, but none since I started using a brush and lather.

Midweek and working the puck like it owes my money and is avoiding my calls. Kicked of the week with my 2011 R41 followed a J-West and then German blade. No room for the brushes.... well I just forgot to add them to the picture.

Just read that MWF is being reformulated. (right after I 3017'd my last puck). Nothing left to do, but order two more of the old formula! ;)
Get 'em while you still can.
This is on par with the Williams reformulation. :angry019:

Day 34 was yesterday and then I travelled out of town. Didn’t check a bag, so I didn’t take either the focussed soap or a safety razor. A decent hotel shave and I’m looking forward to sharing in the den tomorrow morning after I get home in a few hours

    Day One
OK, I have chosen my next 3017.
This cream has hardened over the years and I am attempting to soften it with H2O.

I was somewhat successful, but it isn't the consistency it was when new.
HOWEVER, the lather that it makes it top-notch and every bit as good as the day it was manufactured.
The lemon scent is subtle, yet satisfying. Great slickness and protection.
The RFB was made in England for the French market.
Day 2 of the Sharp Star. These are such great blades.
This 3017 may be interrupted, as Dr. Mrs. Primo and I are taking the RV to Niagara Falls and points east
caravanning with my daughter and son-in-law and my newest granddaughter, Reagan.
Proud "Pop" (as I am known) wanted to share some pictures:

The Ethos Lavender is Frank's best soap, imo. The lather and scent are top-notch. It's a keeper and that's one of the reasons I didn't choose to 3017 it.

Almost chose it. It is my favorite "menthol" soap. AoS really knocked it out of the park with this one. I didn't choose to 3017 it, because it still has a creamy consistency and I decided to work my through the creams, which have solidified over the years.
