May 31. SOTM Good morning! Straight Razor Shave #458* J A Henckels Friodur Model T (setting 4) Shaverboy DE Blade (?) MrEE Tuxedo Brush Stirling Intrepid Man SS Fine Accoutrements Platinum AS Stirling Alum Block Beard Growth: 26 hrs Dome Turf: 2 days I decided to end the month with a head and face shave. I picked out the Friodur because it still is very sharp and would easily mow down my stubble. I also have the red box that the razor is placed for safe leeping in the picture. I rarely show it. I just want to say that I asterisked my shave total because looking at my records I made a mistake so my last shave was #357, not #358. I do everything on a hardcopy. Lol! Anyway back to the shave details. I made enough lather for my shaves: Did 2 passes for the face with the Friodur and 2 passes for the dome with the Model T. I got a weep on my left cheek, but the alum took care of it. Feedback from the alum was slight with a few zings, but nothing crazy. Achieved a smooth comfortable shave all around. Double-splashed the FA Platinum aftershave to end this session. Take care.
