The Shaving Trolls... Why do you feed them? Just ignore them (we know who they are) and they'll go away!
I don't belong to other shave forums, except a Facebook group, but I check out other forums for any useful info. Many "new" members here also join other forums and they ask the same questions.
Getting repetitious question from the newbies is one thing - they don't, or may not, realize the question has already been asked before, or not familiar with the search function. I'm talking about guys who want to know if leaving lather on your face should be done longer in warm weather, shorter in cold weather, or vise versa.
*conspiracy hat on* Some may be AI in training, sent to various fora to learn and adapt from interactions with unbewarest userfolk.
Can the moderators find where these trolls are coming from, and do a permanent ban on them, even if they change their names?? Several of us know of a few who have been banned, change their user name, and continue with the nonsense.
I think there will always be trolls. Fortunately, I don't see a lot of them on this site or the one other shaving site I frequent.
