Today I had a mega Grand Freeze from Abir’s magnificent Absolute Zero soap and aftershave - the menthol sensation from these two is totally off the friggin charts. The soap’s vegan formula is one of the best I ever used because it lathers as easily as any of my tallow soaps if not better, thirty seconds of swirling buried my face in such thick, rich, creamy, super slick lather that has a beautiful aquatic scent, the menthol hit me like a ton of frigid bricks, and the postshave feeling was wonderful. The Prep went on so moisturizing, cooling, as well as soothing, and the Absolute Zero aftershave toner has no alcohol in it so it never burns or stings, it also soothes, it has the same awesome scent as the soap, with a MONSTROUS menthol kick. Last but not least the Bleu de Chanel delightful fragrance which I love so much and I’m good to go. The Astra Green blade is finito - but it gave me one last hoorah with a dynamite three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

The Proraso Red Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #443 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher Razor and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Preshave: Hot shower
