Sorry all. There were only 4 tubes (and a 98% full tester that they gave to me for free) and I purchased them all. I've sold two and I would like to give this stuff a spin. I'll be using up whats left in the tester. If it doesn't work for me, you'll soon see two additional tubes for sale.
Hey Ringer. Good to see you! Cedarburg is a great place to live. It's a little small for a city boy like me, but I've been here for 5 years now and I'm getting used to it. I love the fact that I can walk out my front door and go turkey, deer or goose hunting (in season naturally).
It's very nice, thank you for asking. My first shave with it was exceptional. I'm giving it 10 days straight. If I don't like it, there may be a couple tubes for sale. I understand the Omega cream may be the closest thing to Proraso Red.
Why, why, why, why did they discontinue this stuff? I've been using it for several days now and it affords me the best shaves I've ever had. It's rich, creamy, smells good and lathers like crazy. I really hope the cream from Omega comes close because I'm not sure what I'll turn to when I run out of Proraso Red.
Hey Mike. Take a close up pic of the ingredients and post it. I want to compare the Red to the Omega. I'll let you know if they are the same or similar.
Guys I saw some online store the other day that showed this in stock. For the life of me I can't remember what I was looking for or what site. I will check my google searches at home tonight and report back.
I know one thing, you will regret ever selling the tubes you did............ Omega is good, there is no doubt about it, but it is not Proraso red. Maybe the one thing P-red had that nothing else does is the wheat germ. There are others that have lanolin, but none with wheat germ, that I know of at least.
JoAnna, if you can make a cream with lanolin, wheat germ, and a small shot of menthol, that would be good. Not a chocolate good. More like a "I just came home and found Kelly Monaco laying in my bed" good. I'm talking the kind of good that makes you cry. Newborn baby good. The kind of good that makes Jesus smile. Do you get what I am saying? Good JoAnna. Did you know that a pigs "big O" can last up to an hour? The cream would be better than that. Can you imagine? No more war, no more hunger, no more Barbara Walters. Utopia............ Simple. Beautiful. Clean. All because of you, JoAnna. Make the cream. It will be good..............
Can't see the pics here. I'll check it at home later and compare to Omega. Apparently there are differences.
