A nice, easy and smooth shave. Not the most thoroughly one i had the last shaves, nor the most gentle shave but it were 2,5 passes which made a lot of fun. Not BBS but a DFS shave.

After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Iced Blue After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

It felt so heavenly to use my brother Fernando’s Peppermint Lime soap and aftershave this morning because our weather has been as hot as hell lately and this stuff is chock full of menthol. The scent is delightful and it’s exactly what it implies - peppermint and lime. The soap’s tallow based so it gives terrific lather with lots of slickness, the menthol sensation is very strong, and the postshave care is wonderful like ALL of Fernando’s soaps. The Prep and the Peppermint Lime aftershave were such a great finishing combo. Last but not least the beautiful Aramis fragrance which I love so much and I’m ready to enjoy another day of retirement. What a great BBS shave this was!

Razor : Razorock 2nd Generation Lupo.72- Mfg Jan 2021>, excellent mid range, excellent machining and finish QC, nice razor to work detail and under the nose area. Have been using this razor for over 2.5 years and is a permeant part of my large razor rotation. Had a stellar shave this morning with no issues.
Blade : Gillette Silver blue (1) sharp & smoooth with reasonable longevity. Top tier blade for myself!
Soap : La Toja Stick- nice very mild (smoke?) scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Casino clubs" 26mm timber wolf synthetic, excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. It has become my favorite synthetic brush for now with the timber wolf knot , checks all the boxes I like for a excellent brush.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock blue barber with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my RR Lupo.72 with a fresh GSB blade. Stellar shave this morning, seems like I spurts of BBS shaves in a row then it changes a little. (Cotton ball tested to confirm that my checking just by my feel test is still accurate.)
