Back to the DE on the head instead of the electric. Did experience some slight burning of the cream on the face around the mouth. Experience similar burning with SCS Verbena cream. Otherwise this shave was a great way to start the day and the week.
Monday: Musgo Real Lime preshave soap / Lord Parker frankenrazor / Wilkinson white label blade d2 / Arko Shave Stick / VDH brush / Clubman Pinaud aftershave The frankenrazor works well, the Wilkinson blade smooth. Good way to start the week.

Razor: Slim Adjustable Blade: Red IP Brush: BK4 Cream: Omega AS: Proraso Splash BBS! Wow I honestly think the omega is better than proraso. Didnt use an oil pass today b/c wanted to use the proraso splash solo with anything else. quite nice and not exactly what I was expecting....but still very nice.
I will do a side by side comparison soon but the Omega was much better. I might even do a blind test. 2 bowls squeeze equal amts into each and try to tell difference.

NDC Gillette Super Speed Gillette Swede Rooney 3, 1 Taylor's St. James Shave Stick SCS Sandalwood splash SCS Bay Rum w/Twist milk Terrible shave. I used my wife's Olay Age Defying face wash. It made my whiskers feel like barbed wire. I recall that soon after switching from that to Cetaphil face wash my shaves took a drastic turn for the better. This experience just proves the difference.
