Another superb shave with the AJ Jordan straight and luxurious lather of the Calle Ocho.
I did my usual three passes. Why not? I just love the process. I can get by with two but it is my time when I am not interrupted. Something to be said for small pleasures of life.

Today's shave is best described by splitting it into two parts:
During- Pretty good in all areas except South Porcupine which had 4 "problems"-2 Knicks and 2 Polka-dots. What's with that chin of mine, huh? Time to do some serious focusing there.

Post-The ,menthol aftershave(Coniferous, from Stoylin)helped neutralize the "problems"(course the cold-water rinse prior to that helped out, too.) Added the Halston cologne to finish. Niiice.

Final comment-Pretty Outstanding.

Super straight shave Joe. I agree that 3 passes are not necessary for me as well, but it's our time to pamper ourselves so why not make our shaving experiences last longer.

I am going to a Christian fragrance free venue tonight. The owner as well as some patrons of this fine establishment are allergic to colognes, perfumes, etc. and that's why I chose this setup. I have used this lightly scented soap before and it provides a very slick, creamy lather as you can see below:




Did a 3 passer and had an error-free BBS shave. I took my sweet time to enjoy this session. Lol! There was very little alum feedback. Witch hazel was applied to tone down the shaved areas. Splashed on the cool AQ Ice Blue aftershave and I am definitely pleased with this session. My skin looks great. Take care.
