Hey there! Thanks for sharing your detailed shaving routine - it's always interesting to see how fellow shavers go about their rituals. The prep, the choices of soap, brush, razor, and post-shave care... it all comes together like a well-crafted symphony. Your approach to creating a "Frankenrazor" sounds pretty cool, and the Yaqi DOC Mellon Head with the Rapira Platinum Lux blade seems like a winning combo. It's true that appearances can be deceiving when it comes to razors - glad to hear you found a comfortable and smooth experience with it. Looking forward to hearing more about your experiences with those Chinese clone razors and your journey with various blades. Enjoy your smooth and fragrant day!

Hi Paul, cool, I find it lathers well, provides and hint of a mild scent although I can't place it, and gives good post shave protection

    Thanks Joe!

Boy, that Bill Neumann saved me from the upsetting shave the day before. The only glitch was some redness down at Cactus(S.W. side). Didn't hurt. Elsewhere everything looks great. . The BN soap is finally beginning to look like it's been used a few times(the dent down the middle is showing). 2 passes. The aftershave felt great-it is doing its skin-food magic. Finished with Halston cologne. As Outstandimg As It Gets.
