My favorite Universal classic horror, and it's as much of a romance (sort of) as a monster flick.

 

Pi. Man, that movie was a trip.

 

My husband had seen bits & pieces of it, but this was the first time he had seen it from start to finish. He was struck by how eerie it was. We attribute that to Karloff's acting, but also two the fact that they didn't go overboard with the special effects.
