Septmeber 7, 2023 Asylum Rx Injector Proline ME EE LE #004 Ethos Bay Rum Shave Soap Barbery Bay Rum Aftershave Happy Thursday Everyone. Another excellent shave to start the day with everything playing well together. With this soap sinking so rapidly, I am reminded why I made the move to triple milled soaps. However, the lather and post shave feel of the soap are first rate. I hope everyone has a great day. Take care and be safe.
You really should Titanic the Bay Rum. I will be surprised if I get 50 shaves out of the jar you gave me. Since I am using it everyday the soap is so soft and easy to overload. However, the lather is truly something to behold. I already have the next 3 3017 targets picked out. They are A&E Bad Habits, Mike's Vetiver, and WSP Barbershop. I am just not sure of which order I will pick. I thought I was making progress on the soaps. However, I found 2 Fine hard pucks and 1 Fine Croap in the cabinet. Fortunately I had sealed the hard pucks in plastic so the scent is still strong.
Thursday, September 7 Eufros Tobacco~~Simpson CH2~~Pre-War Tech (USA)/Light Brigade Even "Fast 'n Loose" lathering isn't making this soap disappear. I think I'll start loading this evening for tomorrow's shave.
If you can wait until I’m done my current focus, I have a tub of Mike’s and a tub of A&E that are potential choices for me as well.
Day 34 British EverReady w Gem APShave SynBad / Poculi Asylum/SV Colonia Thayers First use of a Gem style razor in a long time. I can do better for sure as I’ve had better results with it in the past. I’ll keep going with it for a few days.

Septmeber 8, 2023 Rocnel Ti/SS Hybrid Gillette Nacet Paladin Ethos Bay Rum Shave Soap PAA Atomic Bay Rum Friday at last! I am breaking my SE focus for few days. The first of 2 new DE razors arrived and given my complete lack of patience I gave it a go this morning. I am sure that the finish is not in the league of a MC Sailor. However given the price difference color me impressed. With its SS head and Ti handle the balance was very good. Loaded with a fresh Nacet I set the razor on 4 and went with a 3 pass shave. The Hybrid delivered a super smooth drama free shave which is about the best I can ask for on a work morning. Overall, I am pleased with the razor. The soap continues to sink rapidly and is a joy to use. For those of you who like a bay rum scent without the clove smell the PAA Atomic Bay Rum might work for you. I am impressed with how long the scent remains throughout the day. I hope everyone has a great day. Take care.

Septmeber 9, 2023 Blackbird Ti Lite Gillette Nacet Shavemac Synthetic Ethos Bay Rum Shave Soap PAA Atomic Bay Rum Happy Saturday Everyone. Swati and I are up and moving early. Since I am the Treasurer, we have to attend a HOA meeting in Bryson City, NC this afternoon. Perhaps if we are ever able to get the girls off the payroll, we might build a cabin. At least I was able to get a relaxing shave in before the ride up and back. Everything played well together. I really can’t ask for much better. I hope everyone has a great day.
