While not as cool a find as @RocketMan's bucket of razors, I did rescue these from a house cleaning, as they were destined for the landfill. Seems to be mostly Wild Country, Spicy, and Tai Woods. Some full containers, some partial, all chess pieces. I'm not into Avon frags, but I know some of you are. If anyone is interested let me know. I'm just looking to pass these on to whoever is willing to cover shipping. @gorgo2
I appreciate the page but I'm set, got plenty. I can see Tai Winds being an acquired taste, and WC isn't for everyone, but I'd have thought you'd like [Old] Spicy.
I find Spicy closer to Lustray Spice. Avon Brisk Spice is pretty much a dead ringer for vintage Old Spice. Tai Winds is similar to Brut, but actually better. I find Wild Country similar to Stetson.
If memory serves, @mrchick scored a bucket of razors a few years ago. My measly razor collection pails in comparison.

I have been unfair to Wild Country. I know the original is better put together than the current version but no matter which it l tried, I couldn't get past that loud opening blare. Having just mowed off most of the beard, I tried it again (vintage bottle). The dry down on my hands isn't much past a skin scent but doggone if it ain't nice, not like the noisy opening at all. I guess THIS is why WC is Avon's 50 year reigning men's classic.
I have felt the same, about Wild Country. So much so, that I've gifted most of it to friends and family. They seem to love it. I just keep sticking with Avon Spicy. WC doesn't put me off, it just isn't my favorite. I also like the Island Lime, every once and a while. .
