Lather: Southern Witchcrafts Incorporeal Unscented Soap
    Brush: Certifyd
    Razor: Henson mild
    Blade: Voskhod
Post: Southern Witchcrafts Incorporeal Unscented splash

The Voskhod blade today was good. I have been frustrated with them in the past because of quality control issues. I have had several blades that had one good side while the other side was rough. I came across one today in my bin of miscellaneous loose blades and decided to try it again. This one had two good sides.

I picked the Southern Witchcrafts soap today because of Halloween. It's been months since I last used it, and I had forgotten how good it is! There are so many excellent soaps available, even if you just use unscented ones as I do.

    L’Oreal Men Expert Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/7 AM day 3
    Delmy SC
    Prep ASB
Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS Splash

This Delmy is a very cheap but nice cream from India and I believe it’s used by a lot of barbershops over there. It’s pleasantly scented, a small dab on both cheeks is enough for great lather that’s so thick, rich, slick as well as protective, it has a good menthol sensation, and it leaves a very comfortable postshave feeling. My dear brother Abir who owns Captain Nemo Shaving Supplies in Kolkata, India sent it to me. The Prep and the Aqua Velva were a perfect finishing combination. Three passes gave me a terrific BBS shave that I enjoyed from start to finish!

Have a good day - be well and stay safe![IMG]

And, as Halloween passes, we have our first Throwback Thursday of November tomorrow. Paradoxically, it will not involve a Bill Neumann((in this month of Neumann November), but there will be plenty Bills this month. Here it is for tomorrow:

    prep-Dial 4 Men(Cedar Leaf)Bodywash in shower.
    shave-Razorock Italian Shave Soap(American Barber)*
    brush-"Large Blue Synthetic"(no name)
    razor-Gillette Sensor Deuce Pivot DisposeABLE
    A.S.-Clubman 12.5 oz**

    *-2009
**-1810 or 1830. Choose your logic here. Many Clubman products show the year 1810, when Pinaud was BORN. I have my doubts as to whether the Pinaud perfumery began the same year he was born, but he DID it up and going 20 years later, in 1830, which included the product name Clubman.

Razor : Razorock 2nd Generation Lupo.72- Mfg 2021>, mid range. Excellent machining and finish QC. This razor checks all the boxes for myself for a nice razor to use. Great to work under the nose area and moustache lines. Had a nice close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Treet platinum(2) sharp and smooth comfortable on second shave, longevity unknown.
Soap : Cyril R Salter Wild Rose , nice rose scented cream 6-7/10 with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Razorock 24mm Plissoft synthetic, Excellent lather generator, cloud like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. My first decent synthetic shave brush back in 2017, RR Plissoft brought in a lot of these new fiber shaving brushes and must sold a ton of them.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Italian barber Amici with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : 1-10 dial - Copy (2)3 template 9.5.1.jpg or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers=[IMG] Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my RR Lupo.72 razor with a Treet platinum.(New blade I thought I would try so bought 1 tuck for Halloween time shaving. )
