    Thanks Joe. It's 5G. I think that I have too many apps that cause the phone to slow down.

    Interesting brush Joe, I like long handles on my brushes, yours looks to be something from a space age chess set.

    Don't worry Scott there is a never ending amount of stuff out there!

    Thanks Joe

    Gravity defying. It's an interesting picture because the pivot point on the handle can work in my favour when I navigate around the jawline.

    As you said: Equilibrium, Balance, Harmony.

    28 Nov 2023 (No Repeat November = TABAC TUESDAY)

    24 hours

    28 Nov 2023.jpg

    Prep = Tepid tap Water Prep and shave
    Preshave = Tabac in a tube Pre shave
    Soap = Tabac
    Brush = Omega Pura Setola 11137
    Bowl = Cheap deep white plastic bowl
    Razor = Gillette Aristocrat ~ ‘ 47 fells less solid than the Rocket/Muhle R89 etc, somehow feels more tinny, don't know why
    Blade = Feather (1)
    Passes = 3 + including ATG top and lower lip, cheeks and sideburn areas
    Post = CWR, Alum (it reminded me of where I overdid things a bit, Zone 8 right lower neck) CWR, Thayers. Tabac ASL and Tabac AS balm. Not usually a fan of balms and lotions, but I just had to have a full house Tabac Tuesday, right? It did provide lasting skin care throughout the day
    Damage = Minor redness right side of lower neck

    Score = 9.5 / 10. Highly enjoyable shave. Super smooth DFS and some BBS

    Comments = The Aristocrat somehow feels less robust than I remember. The Feather performed well. Trying my hand at J-hooking the Zone 8 area but is proving tricky, I might try some dry runs with left hand at some stage

    Thank you Chris. Jim, @Jayaruh, did a phenomenal job on all of the 5 brushes I have in my den. You should check out his inventory.

    SRS # 1002

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: Tuckmarr 5/8” Maccassar scales
    Brush: Jayaruh 329 Boar
    Lather: Cella Crema da Barba
    Aftershave: PAA Chella Cool
    Additional Care:
    Omega Alum
    Dickenson’s Original Witch Hazel
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

    Outstanding Cella shave this morning. I am making it a point to use my Jayaruh brushes this week. Model # 329, Boar, is one of my favorite brushes as it always produces a consistently thick lather. The brush spent about three hours soaking in water. In the meantime I was able to get my son off to school for extra help in math and complete my X3 Bar Pull workout.

    Following the soaking, I shook out the excess water and towel dried the brush prior to loading directly off of the puck of soap. With barely any moisture on the brush, I loaded the brush for about 30 seconds. Finally, I took the brush to the lather bowl, periodically adding a few drops of water to eventually build the lather the way I like it.

    Theee passes with the Tuckmarr straight has my face feeling divine. I hope you all have a great day gentlemen.

    I should mention first that I shaved off the beard I was growing at South Porcupine Alley(chin)and ended up NOT bothering the nasty cut. I guess the thing has calmed down by now. Anyway, nice shave today-going easy with Lovely Goo(Barbasol) and Yardley A.S. Clean and clear along the cheeks&sideburns.Same with MOST of North Porcupine(the right side still haunts me). South was good. Well done down at Cactus Nation(neck). One pass. I like the Yardley A.S., but may put it aside until next spring, as it comes out on the cool side. Most Outstanding.

    I mean, I KNOW it''s polka-dots, but....oh, perhaps a reference to me getting them a lot with my shaves????

    Beautiful Joe!

    Had to do a double take with the Cella/Chella thing. I know Cella makes and aftershave but have never seen it here or noticed any reviews on it
