    Good afternoon.

    Schick E-3 Injector
    Pella Blade (2)
    Hembree-Maggard Timberwolf Synthetic Brush
    Stirling Spice SS and AS
    Stirling Alum Block
    Modessa Witch Hazel
    Beard Growth: 24.5 hrs

    20231209_163353.jpg

    I decided to shave with my more aggressive Schick Injector because I haven't used it since mid-October. The Pella blades are a little rougher than the Chicks, but they do the job.
    I am going to a gathering this evening, but I know that there will not be anyone there that I would fancy, so I am still using the Spice setup, but I am forgoing the matching EdT.
    Of course, I am such a Stirling fan. Lol! Here's my lather:

    20231209_163821.jpg

    I could've just done a 2 passer, but I did an extra pass because I just love this scent.
    I get a very close, comfortable and bloodless shave. The alum feedback was slight. The E-3 is unforgiving if you don't have a light touch. Well, that's true with every aggressive razor.
    Witch hazel and the matching aftershave were applied to finish the shave. Take care.

    Thanks Gary. However, my Schick is an E-3. I believe you can open an E-2 to clean inside the razor. I know that it is true for the E-1

    Same as yesterday, repeat setup and shave but swapping sides with the razors

    Rocca on the Right : R41 on the left

    Damage = None

    Score = 9 + / 10

    Comments:

    Swapping sides with the Razors to confirm my impression from yesterday. Still think the Rocca is a better razor. Trying to hold the handles further down to allow the weight of the razor to do the work. Seems fine but I still prefer holding at the pivot point closer to the head and cap

    Both razors work well, but neither of them is as agile or manoeuvrable around the nose and chin as the smaller vintage Gillettes. I had to make up my mind to keep only one of these it would be the Rocca 96. It has nice lather drainage channels

    Both Bics worked well on Day 2, nice and smooth, still sharp

    Today I only needed 2 passes with minor touch ups

    Have some great Sunday shaves one and all
