The last time I used this Kudu’s Kick was back in 2022, I believe. This soap is glycerine based with a lovely coffee/peppermint scent, it lathers like a demon, there’s plenty of slickness, it gives a really strong menthol sensation, and excellent postshave care - my dear brother Jaco in Pretoria, South Africa sure knows his stuff. Needless to say the Prep took great care of me afterwards, and the Fougere Santal aftershave not only smells gorgeous, it’s got a lulu of a menthol punch. Another terrific three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

getting fitted for my radiotherapy mask on Friday, which involves a scan and setting up the machine to target my cancers.. a big step forward, so I figured I'd better get a shave in today, to give my skin time to settle down.

 

He sounds like a jerk, all right. I womder if he'll do as you advise.

Razor : Razorock 2nd Generation Lupo.72- Mfg Jan 2021>, mid range. QC for machining accuracy and finish is excellent. I like the head design and shave results it offers. Reasonably affordable still and made from 316 SSP. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : GSB (1) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Speick stick, nice mild spicy scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Artic sky" 3band silvertip badger. Excellent lather generator, luxury pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock King Louis lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Razorock Lupo.72 with a GSB blade.
