    Shaving Recipe for today.

    Prep: Warm shower:/ Imperial Leather Bergamot & Sea Salt Energising Body Wash.

    Pre:
    Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
    Cien PURE Fragrance Free Sensitive Bar Soap.
    Brush: Semogue 1305.
    Face & Head Lather.
    Lather: Vie-Long Shave Stick.
    Blade: Supermax Blue Diamond. (D1)
    Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic Premium TTO. (Face)
    Razor: Gilette Guard. (Head) (D3)

    Post:
    Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./ (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Brut Sport Style ASL./ Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

    Greetings,

    (Face & Head Shave)

    A new eclectic shave set up to start the weekend...Carrying on with the Supermax Blue Diamond another likeable super smooth & efficient blade which paired together with the WS TTO wonderfully.

    The Star of the shave was the Semogue 1305 boar brush.

    An enjoyable comfortable face & head shave with no errors to report.

    Finishing the shave off a with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB..

    My face & precious swede are feeling smooth and smelling divine.;)

    The Proraso Sandalwood Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #292 High Mountain White Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Dbl Duck 5/8 Straight gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel followed by Duru Cologne After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Saturday morning with another new soap:

    L’Oréal Men Expert Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Derby day 13
    Biolijf Huntsman SS
    Aloe Vesta Moisturizer
    Pinaud Bay Rum AS Splash

    This completes my testing of these new Biolijf soaps which I received this week and I’m very pleased with them. They’re from the Netherlands and they’re vegan based, they’re not that expensive so that’s another plus. This Huntsman is supposed to be unscented but it still has a pleasant clean, soapy smell, it lathers great, and it leaves a very comfortable postshave feeling. The Aloe Vesta moisturizer is so soothing, and finally the Pinaud Bay Rum aftershave went on with a bit of a sting but it felt nice and cool - its scent is so old school and beautiful. My Derby blade is getting kind of dull now but I still managed to get a terrific BBS shave from just two passes!

    SOTD, Saturday, December 23rd 2023, Travelling gear.

    Razor : Razorock mission, My travel razor, Mfg date 2014>, mid range, works well enough and gives a nice shave.
    Blade : GSB (4) sharp & smooth. Top tier.
    Soap : Arco stick, Basic soap. Scent is a different clean type of fragrance with excellent lather qualities.
    Brush : Cheap old synthetic made in China made bought 6 years ago, good travel one.
    Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
    Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
    Post shave : Ach Brito Lavanda with witch hazel+ a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
    Results : Dial 10.jpg or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + 2 tiny weepers=[​IMG] Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my RR mission razor with a GSB blade.
