    Shaving Recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/Imperial Leather Lavender & Wild Iris Body Wash.

    Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
Cien PURE Fragrance Free Sensitive Bar Soap.
    Brush: Wilkinson Sword Synthetic.
    Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
    Lather: Arko Sensitive Shaving Cream.
Blade: Super Shave X Platinum. (D1)
    Razor: Kanzy K100.

    Post:
Cold water Face & Head wash with brush squeezing's,/ Cold Water Face & Head Rinse./ Alum Rub./Cold Water Face & Head Rinse./Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel/Herbs of Bulgaria Lavender ASL./Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

    Greetings,

Early morning return to work face & head shave.

A wonderful performance from the Kanzy K100...What I like about the Kanzy K100 razor is, the balanced weight it's closed 'tech type head' which holds the blade rigidly reducing the blade to minimum with no blade over-hang which is very comfortable to shave with additional protection of catching my ear lobes or under my nose when shaving it gives a close presentable acceptable shave when paired together with the right blade choice.

An enjoyable close combined face & head shave from the Kanzy K100.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

My face is feeling cool smooth, & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

    Good morning,

    Off day report today.

I loaded up a fresh GSB in the travel razor and had another wonderful, consecutive day shave this morning. I have proven to myself that, with the new face care routine, that I can shave daily again. Having said that, I’m going to keep it up and see how far through the month I can get shaving every day.

Tomorrow will be the detailed report, and except for the blade and brush, everything I use will be entirely new to me. Looking forward to it.

    Have a great day gentlemen….

    Consecutive days shaving- 10
Current skin issues or irritation- None so far

Nice going, Keep us posted Scott. My own approach is to have a rest day here and there, I get better shaves with 48 hrs growth, so do like to take a break here and there, like today for example, mulling around at home, too many other things to catch up on.

Thank you Scott. Both the Arko & Derby creams are worth giving a try, the scents are synthetic, but the performance slickness & post shave are actually really good considering the price bracket.

Thank you Chris. I also prefer to shave every other day, and once this focus month is over, I will return to that.

Having said that, it is good to know that I can go daily on business trips, a few of which I have coming up...

Awesome shave Scott. I think your improved technique and new gear allows you to shave every day. I started out wetshaving 2 days on and one day off for the first few years. I felt that I needed to give my skin a rest. Of course, I am excluding my headshaves. Lol. However, I realized that I had plenty of soap and switched to shaving every day to try to finish pucks more quickly. I still have plenty of soap, but I would have a lot more if I kept shaving 2 out of 3 days. Enjoy your day.

Thank you Joe. Improved technique absolutely, along with generally taking better care of my face. Older and wiser I guess. I had to get out of that male mindset of bulling through problems and resign myself to the fact that I have as much self care product as my wife does now ...

A good shave this morning. I'm not 100% happy, as I usually am when doing a Bill Neumann shave. I got all th areas I needed to get, but I'm worrying again about ingrown hairs along each cheek. I will say I could have administered more soap along there-perhaps I didn't do a good job loading. I'll improve on that tomorrow. There's that old saying "If you can't beat 'em join 'em". But I can't imagine myself with a full beard. Neaupe. At least Porcupine Alley has always been clean and fresh-no worries about anything growing in those areas. Nice job down at Cactus Nation. Pretty Outstanding. Maybe I do better with tallow soaps than hard ones.

Thanks for the like, Gary...it's not right for me to have a low grade after doing a a Bill Neumann.shave. Hopefully better tomorrow with same..
