How Many Blades....

have you sampled over the course of the years? I totaled my up and it came to 78!! Of course I didn't care for a lot of them and have some favorites now.

What about you??

 

I was somewhere in the 60’s when I quit counting. I might be past 70 now but I haven’t acquired too many new ones in the past few years. I think I realized I needed to outlive my blade stock rather than the other way around.

 

Don't know, never counted.

 

being i collect/use vintage gillettes,approx 15-20 ish.started with gillette's most popular and stayed with their sharpest/smoothest for me.; spoilers,platimums or nacet for me.the rest i tried as compatible alternatives if..

I have about 600+ counting SE and DE blades. I use about 50+ a year combined. I just won 100 pcs in a PIF recently.

That was the original question, how many have you sampled, not how many you have.

 

Like @John Beeman, I stopped counting when the count got into the 60's. Still, courtesy of several PIFs and vintage acquisitions, the count has to be somewhere in the 80's by now.

 

Not that many; perhaps 10 brands. I found quickly enough what worked for me.

 

Same here... It's sad to even think about outliving your stuff.
