Superb vintage Sunday Shave set up Gary..Arko wonderful choice, which is so versatile with great lathering results..I forgot to add Palmolive classic shave stick as my vintage soap choice too, how could I forget one of my all time faves! Shame on me!

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Cien PURE Fragrance Free Sensitive Bar Soap.
Brush: Omega 11047 Mixed Midget.
Face Lather.
Lather: Vie-Long Shave Stick.
Blade: Personna Comfort Coated Lab Blue. (D2)
Razor: Merkur 37C.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel./Milton Lloyd Essentials No 19 EdP.

A wonderful performance from the Omega 11047/Vie-Long Shave Stick duo.

An enjoyable 2 pass + pick-ups close comfortable BBS shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small squirts of Milton Lloyd Essentials No 19 EdP to the pulse points.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.

Aloe Vesta Moisturizer
Brut Oceans AS Splash

These Wilkinson blades seem to be excellent - it’s been a while since I’ve last used them and I was very pleased with the results I had. My dear brother Fernando’s Nordic Croco soap is a tallow based treasure with a beautiful scent that’s very similar to Davidoff Cool Water, the lather is FABULOUS, and it gives soothing, gentle postshave care. The Aloe Vesta moisturizer delivered lots of soothing of its own, and the Brut Oceans aftershave smells so nice - the scent is very old school and barbershoppy. Three passes did me proud - another superb BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

2 pass BBS. The Persona is probably around shave number 10 and is starting to tug. Nice heft to the razor, it performs very well.

TSD Brut aftershave milk. Good stuff.

 

I never tire of seeing that brush.
