Days growth = 1 early pre work shave

Day 5 mini focus with the Gillette Tuckaway 1920s
Same software and hardware
Bolzano (1) continues to impress
XTG both ways in 1st pass
ATG in 2nd pass in most areas
Still needing some persistent stretching & buffing below the chin and right side of neck for a DFS and some BBS

ASL = Pinaud Clubman, just to mix things up a bit

Damage = none but I felt properly exfoliated with a fresh blade in the OC
Alum was alive all over

Thoughts = Lovely little razor. Bolzano (Egypt) is good for 3 days for me, both sharp enough on day 1 and smoother on Day 2. Happy to have tried this
The Gillette Tuckaway has quite some nice weight to it, quite manoeuvrable with the short handle, and does not feel threatening at any stage

Very nice shave this morning with the Enders Speed razor. The blade delivered a close shave, however, there was a few extra passes that involved buffing. This seemed to be a strange phenomenon as I usually get close to ten shaves with the injector blades. I will give it another shave, whether I use it Monday in the MMOC (ala Joe, @Trigger ) or wait until I reach for the Enders in the distant future.

The boar brush whipped up a nice lather.

Straight Razor Shave # 532
5/8 Dovo Special

I went with my Dovo Special for this session. I realized after the first pass that I needed to refresh the edge with the pasted strop. I nicked my neck on one side and caught a weep on the other side. Boy, I spilling a little blood these last 2 shaves. Lol! No biggie because the wounds were small.
I eventually did 3 passes for a nice, smooth shave.
I decided to use the Capt. Choice 45th Parallel cream to facelather and to cut the time. With the boar, it produced a nice, thin and slick lather. I had very little alum feedback. Splashed on that wonderful matching aftershave to finish the shave. Despite the whoops; I am fine with this shave. Take care.
