Have you ever shot IDPA matches? I used to shoot those, but lack of practice time, back issues, and shoulder replacement has put that on hold for now. I’ve also shot steel plate matches that don’t require moving to different shooting positions, reloads, etc. while on a timer. I may lean toward steel plate shooting when I regain full strength in my shooting arm.

No. I didn't have the time or money, back in the day, to shoot competition. Plus, having to use guns at work, every day, just took the fun out of shooting. Guns became a tool, instead of a toy. The only time I really have fun shooting anymore is when I take my family out to the range, and pass on some of what I know.
But, every once and a while, I will acquire or build a new gun, and play around with it.

Thank you, I really enjoy working as maintenance for a non-profit where I learn new things daily. I learned how to bend copper, use compression fittings, and interworkings of an air compressor (unloader, check valves and etc.). Soon I plan on picking up a vintage Lincoln tombstone arc welder to restore and learn how to stick weld.

    :)

That was just a picture of what I took off my Cell Phone. The floor was covered in lead dust. I wouldn't want to mess with it.

HA HA funny .... The pipes used to be in the concrete slab but now the pipes run through the celings and walls of the house... One of the T-connectors on the plex pipe got a hole in it and caused a leak and we had to cut the celing sheetrock and then cut and repair the pipe as well as replace the connectors....

I rebuilt a 31 yr old Streamlight SL20X flashlight, that I first used on my job. It was a pain to find the parts. They aren't anywhere near as bright, long lasting, or durable as the modern LED flashlights. This light has been through some very dangerous and fun times. I'm now going to start carrying it at work again.

As an accountant, I’m honor bound to wait until the wee hours prior to the deadline, and then maybe file an extension! :)
