    I am meeting another student tonight so a shave is in order. I wanted a quick shave so the Schick I-1 was picked. Pedro Fiasco's Limoncello was also picked because it makes a quick, slick lather.

    Three error-free passes for a BBS result. There wasn't any alum feedback. Splashed on the matching aftershave and I smell, look clean and refreshed. Take care.

    Days growth = 1

    Prep = cold water splash
    Preshave = TOBS Jermyn Street
    Soap = TOBS Oud
    Brush = The Vulfix, 20 mm
    Bowl = Timeless
    Razor = 1939 Gillette Popular
    Blade = Feather (3)
    Passes = 3+++
    Post = Usual CWR, Alum, rinse, pat dry, Thayers,
    ASL = PR Barbe Dure because of its mild scent
    Scent = Oud Malak
    Score = 9 / 10

    Damage = none

    Thoughts = I have to say that the TOBS Oud does smell delightful, but does not perform as well as the Tabac or Sterling
    Now it may be because this razor cap is brass, worn and no longer glossy and shiny and that the Tabac acted as a super lubricant for that
    So I needed 3 passes and lots of buffing to achieve the desired result
    Having said that the basin clean-up was easy, so to me that means the TOBS is lacking that essential ingredient for a really great soap/cream
