April 1 and despite the temptation to make an April Fool's Day selection I am reporting truthfully. Castle Forbes Lime is my next 3017 target. This tub is pretty far along but CF goes a long long way. This one I likely will replace for before summer 2025.
Monday, April 1 XPEC~~Simpson M7~~Leresche #51/Personna 74~~Royall Mandarin Here's the next 3017. XPEC. This is an Italian soap that was all the buzz when it hit the marketplace, but not so much anymore. I love the scent and the performance is AOK. There's a large amount, but it's fairly soft. Might finish within the month... Not pictured is my Royall Mandarin AS.

Whew what a day. Between taxes and dealing with Maya's car accident I have had a full day. The insurance company totaled the car and we reached a settlement so at least that part of the drama will be put to bed soon. Otherwise a smooth drama free shave to start the day. Tuesday, April 2 XPEC~~Simpson CH3~~Wolfman WR2/Personna 74~~Dominica Bay Rum Rainy day in the heartland. The Wolfman was fairly tame and kept its fangs to itself. The Dominica is the quintessential Bay Rum.

April 2nd Cooper MonoBilt w PermaSharp (1) APShave SynBad / Poculi Fine Platinum Classic SS Thayers Shulton Old Spice Followed the leads of my friends Joseph and Keith and went with the Shulton OS today. This is my last bottle of the original AS juice (besides the OS Lime). Such an iconic product that is a favourite of both myself and Mrs Spartan. Do I think this might be a little weaker than my other 2 bottles I’ve used? Perhaps, but awesome nonetheless. The MonoBilt? For the win… Take care all.

Wednesday, April 3 XPEC~~Vie-Long~~MMOC Clog-Pruf/Gem~~St. Johns Cutlass Where is this year going??? The Vie-Long is super-sumptuous. It delivered the XPEC lather like it was a furry, little bunny. The MMOC needs the proper angle to work best. I found it. The Cutlass stank is atypical for a West Indies product. It smells... Very nice.
