Even lighter touch today, multidirectional shave in all of the flats, only minor pick ups were needed, beginning to like this little razor more and more, can't believe it was all over after just one pas and a bit

I made the lather wetter than I would normally for a DE razor, so there was less suction between the flat cap of the E3 and the skin, made for a much smoother passage with less drag

Still, it needed some focus and due care was needed. It does force you to focus on the direction of the shave in the tricky areas: shaving out of the hollows rather in to them, corners of the mouth can be a bit tricky and need more “surgical precision” hence why barbers-of-old doubled up with minor and major surgical procedures. Not sure they would have been that delicate though

thank you Chris ,i like the red one also...i give all my brushes a shampoo wash and heavy conditioner soak and rinse on arrival.not bothered with any other gimmicks,the break in is nice and more controllable

fine e-3 shave Chris.if one is very careful,the tang that secures the spring can be ground off with a tiny bit and a dremel tool.

Excellent E-3 Shave Chris. I like the Stirling Bay Rum Scent. The scent lasts all day and is perfect for your fall season.

Thank you Gary. Not game to try that. If you look carefully at the P and A of patent, there is a curved scratch there. Production/assembly mark, or has someone managed to open that before me?

Lol! Had lasagna for lunch, today. Afterwards, I did 20 min on the bike at a lighter than normal pace and followed with a 7-11 Sea Salt with Caramel Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich. Man, did it feel good in my tummy. I have to slow down. Lol!

I am overdue for a headshave, but decided to hold off until tomorrow morning. Anyway, I decided to do a Dovo Shavette this afternoon. Everything I use this razor, I feel like King Arthur standing his ground with his Excalibur. Ok, I am allowed to fantasize when I shave with it. Lol! Seriously, I have rarely gotten a subpar shave with this shavette. I think that it may have been once, but nothing serious that left a big scar on my face. Ok. Enough is enough. Let me get back to my shave report.

Three passer that was error-free and ended with a very smooth and comfortable shave. It doesn't get any better than that my friends.
I went with the Limoncello. It is a great combo of a citrus scent and the ease of making a slick, rich and creamy lather. Here's my lather:



I had very little zinging and stinging on my neck from the alum and everywhere else was nada. Splashed on the witch hazel and the Limoncello aftershave to finish this nice and relaxing shave. Take care.
