Sunday, May 12 ETHOS Lavender Suprême~~Simpson CH2 Synthetic Badger~~Gem Clog-Pruf/Gem~~Rasasi Hawas Since this soap now sits out on my counter, it has firmed up significantly. I can now safely break out the "soap destroyer". The Gem blade was above average, but not as sharp as new. Eschewed the final pass and made do with a DFS shave. Sticking with the Hawas for the foreseeable future.
May 13, 2024 Timeless Ti 0.95 mm Gillette 7 O’clock Black Alpha Outlaw Stirling Glacial Citron Shave Soap & Aftershave Happy Monday. Weekends are just too short and seem even m0re so when you have holiday on the weekend. At least it was nice seeing some of the extended family. Another fantastic shave to start the week. The soap has around 6 grams remaining so this one should be gone by Wednesday morning. Take care and have a great day.

Monday, May 13 ETHOS Lavender Suprême~~Simpson T3~~Gillette UK Red-Tip/Voskhod~~Rasasi Hawas The Tulip, with its massive 29mm knot really knocked it outta the park. Such luxurious lather has to be experienced by all. New Voskhod---double-wrapped, sans glue dots gave my kisser a smooth, comfortable shave. Some reviewers claim that the Hawas has a bubble gum opening. I'm not getting it. Maybe I didn't chew the right kind of bubble gum.
Mars- rocket HD semogue waves epsilon good morning gents talk about tools for the job.. fine lather built with the new to me semogue torga c-5 stout is one word for it,the shortest loft boar in the den,lots of backbone.. loads like a champ, smooth 2 passer the with HD, epsilon blue to finish awesome. have a fine tuesday everyone.
Paul, Maya's car was totaled and I turned in the rental car. I gave her my 2 year old car and bought myself a new one so all of the drama is over now.

Tuesday, May 14 ETHOS Lavender Suprême~~Semogue TSN Final Edition Finest 1/50~~1908 Gillette SR/Voskhod~~Rasasi Hawas So, the Semogue continues to scritch. Honestly, I don't like scritch. Luckily the Old Type didn't scratch... Nice, three-passer with superior results. So far, Dr. Mrs. Primo hasn't complained about the Hawas...so...
I returned home Monday, the red-eye flights are exhausting but that is the only option for a direct flight between Phuket and Seoul. So day 1 on my new 3017, Razo Rock The Freedburg. This one is already well along the way so it should be just a couple of weeks to finish it off. Kicked off the 301y with a 8/8 Grim Butcher, Rooney brush and finished with a classic stank, Guerlain Vetiver. An epic shave. A couple of pics from Phuket And what happens in Patong ... well you know. Things have changed, there are lot more dispensaries and fewer lady boys. Thailand is considering reversing the marijuana laws and making it illegal again. They think it is brining in the wrong kind of tourists. I guess they prefer the tourist that come to see lady boys . Fortunately we stay far away from Patong.
