It is a rainy messy morning here in the ATL. At least I was able to get in a good shave to start the day. Your eyes are not fooling you. I am using a Gillette Slim. I got this one back in 2014 as an example of my birth year razor. It is a J3 so it is not the right quarter but at least the razor is in great shape. The Slim delivered a wonderful smooth drama free shave. I can't ask for more. Take care and have a great day.
Given the recent thread appreciation of Pour Un Homme de Caron, I oversprayed like crazy. I thought this would be grand finale for the Razo Rock so I went with huge (9/8) grining Mike Martinez blade and in hommage to others in the thread my Kent BK8. Everything was huge and went smoothly but still there is a trace of soap left so tomorrow with the end for this tub.
Didn't the Stank persuasion begin with Edison Carter(you recall I called him "Mr. Cawtuh"). Or did he pick ot up from the Sultan of Stank?

Tuesday, June 4 MdC Rose~~Simpson 90th Anniversary Astor~~1936 Gillette Aristocrat De Luxe/Feather~~Diptyque Oud Palao So, there's no way I am 3017'ing another tub of MdC. But this soap is gorgeous. One of the nicest rose scents I have ever smelt. Truly. Even better than the AoS Rose Absolute. Completed the shave with a beautiful Rose/Oud stank. I am smellin' good in the neighborhood.
