Sounds like it might be fun to try again.. My last couple of times I really didnt see much to try though which is why I havent made up my mind quite yet... I really am not looking for much though. I have lately only been seeking stuff out stuff like a gibbs adjustable or the Yaqi the final cut or one of the wolfman clones.... Also some type of holiday/ "christmasey " shave soap and seeking an AS in said scents... Maybe a summery scent specifically Boat Drinks.... I'm on the fence about joining this time ... Is shipping gonna be about the same or has it went up again as I havent shipped anything recently so I dont know current cost..... TYIA for any info or thoughts anyone might have......

Found a new brick of Astra Superior Platinum at a resale shop today. I don't care for plats so they're going in the box. Should I bust open the brick or put it in as is?
Any way you wish. Astra's always work well for myself. I think loose in a bag may work well ..... easier to conform to available space.
Using PayPal Shipstation shipping cost $19.51 ...... Shipped out Saturday. BTW I pulled for my personal use a large Old Spice mug, a bottle of shaving balm from Razor Emporium (Barbershop scent) and a small partial bottle of Stetson. Pulled a few razors that received damage in shipping and a can of shaving cream that looked like it had been leaking (no cover).
Got the box today! Will take a couple of days and post the ins/outs. It's like Christmas coming early
@Lancre has voiced his desire to be the last on the 2024 Traveling Shave Den Round 1 I have decided to close the sign up for this round; meaning that if anyone would want to be a part of the Traveling Shave Den they will need to wait for round 2. Our total for participant is at ten which seems to be a good number. Looking forward to seeing how @poppi is enjoying the box. This is not to rush you ..... take your time and enjoy yourself.
Who's next? It appeared to me to be easy to choose the items to rehome and to send off. These are the incoming..... These items are the outgoing.... Just for information, the outgoing includes; Zenith B10 boar brush, Vulfix "The Strand" boar brush, New Forest Silvertip bush. VDH Luxury SS, Star 100 razor, Robin Snap razor, EJ DE87 razor and Henson ++ razor.
Excellent gives and takes ..... You know I'm a brush guy and they're all great brushes, but that New Forest is a beauty. Just PM @gorgo2 for his address and he'll get back to you PDQ .... I'm sure he already has.
Didn't we establish several rounds back that the Gentlemanly Code of the Box says you can request one item be reserved for you?
It was an understood thing that if someone down the line really wanted something from the Box, it would be left to travel on to him. I'll bag and note it.
I really do appreciate the offer, but if you saw my living room , bedroom and shave den (AKA downstairs half bath); I probably have an excess of 200 brushes of which probably over 75 are fully restored butterscotch. If it's in the box when it gets to me maybe it'll find a home with me; otherwise if someone else desires it, it's all good. Besides it's early in the box and something else may jump in I may want even more.
