It looks like the softening up and loading the soap likes it owes me money and is avoiding my calls is paying off. There is the tiny beginnings of the donut of death. The Pour Monsieur is getting near the bottome too. I buy another bottle in the spring.
It's your typical Montale...strong. I get more leather than patchouli. When I want a patchouli-forward stank, I break out the vintage Givenchy Gentleman. Speaking of which, I think I'll use it today.

It help the Personna 74 blade securely at an advantageous angle. Excellent results. Stank du jour is the vintage fougère by Houbigant: Duc de Vervins.

Changed up the Asylum Injector for the Supply Co V2 injector. This is by far my favorite injector. So much so that at one time I owned 3 of them. One found a new home with @jtspartan . I have yet to measure gram-wise how much soap I use....I just want it to make the brush look like an ice-cream cone.
I am seeing the progress as well. I have used roughly 34 grams of soap in 10 shaves. If I can maintain or increase that average, this 3017 will go by like all the rest
