Thanks Chris. Yes, he is leaning out. Now if I can only get him to do the X3Bar. He prefers the gym. Youth, I guess the gym is a right of passage. What he does not understand is that variable resistance gives you more bang for the buck, more forgiving on the joints. He’ll eventually see the light.

Awesome Busta’s Blend shave. The TI straight continues to mow down the whiskers with ease. This razor has a special place in my den being my first ever straights over 22 years ago.

The PAA Amalfi 3k splash pairs nicely with the soap. The scent to my nose reminds me a bit like Stirling’s Piacenza. Very nice all around.

Sounds good, as long as he is having fun and avoiding injury. Youth's focus is on the externals, only later on do we learn to focus on the internals. Not familiar with the X3Bar though I do see they sell ' em here
For me: the occasional walk, stationary bike, rowing machine, light kettlebells: the joints won't take more than that anymore! Recovery time is longer, stretching is key, JMHO YMMV etc

Triple Oud, good for me for a stay at home day, overpowering for the wife, hugs at a distance!

Last combined face & head shave of the month. Everything in my shave set up this morning paired together superbly.

My September focus I'll be using my Slant, SE & Adjustable razors.

Another close comfortable face & head shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Creightons Sensitive PSB.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth and smelling divine.
