Is the Heritage the current Gillette DE razor?

 

Pleased(more or less)with my shave today. Why do I say more or less. Because I got a section of my noggin while doing North Porcupine. Some redness, but it's OK. Could have been much worse. Fine job everywhere else. I used the favorite of Babe Ruth and Knute Rocke, indeed two "men of men"-Barbasol. One pass. One cut(the aforementione one), no Knicks, Polka-dots. Pretty Outstanding.

I definitely needed a morning shave because I am going to a Board of Election certification class this afternoon so I can work the polls on Election Day. Definitely want to look presentable. Lol!
Anyway, my Parker SRB loaded with a still sharp Suneko blade got the call. Man oh man, what a wonderful 3 passer. BBS result with no issues except I had to do pickups on both sides of my neck near the ears. Yes, that can be tricky because that's where I can nick myself. However, I am nick free this morning.

The PAA/ King R Emporium SS provided a slick and creamy lather without any difficulty. Here's my lather:



I did not have any alum feedback. Splashed on the witch hazel and the TSD Irish Spring aftershave and I am good to go. Take care.

 

Marvelous Monday shave Chris. I like mentholated soaps. I had Chiseled Face Cryogen in the past and that is a definite freeze your face off experience. It's supposed to be the most concentrated mentholated soap out dare. Fortunately, I didn't get teary-eyed when I used it.

 

Thanks John. I believe the Heritage came out before the King C Gillette. The Heritage comes with a clam shell case that makes it perfect for travel.

Fabulous Shavette shaved this morning. The badger brush whipped up a nice creamy lather. My customary three passes has left my face smooth and velveteen.

I am enjoying the wolves and sun of Florida. Following an X3Bar workout, walk around the neighborhood and a dip in the community pool I proceeded to clean up myself with a glorious shave.
