I'm sure there are more than two product lines from different Artisans out there.

    Shaving Recipe for today.

Prep: Warm shower:/Bulldog Peppermint & Eucalyptus Shower Gel.

    Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
Cien PURE Fragrance Free Sensitive Bar Soap.
    Brush: Frank Shaving 22mm Synthetic.
    Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: Proraso Sandalwood & Shea Butter Shaving Soap.
    Blade: Feather Hi Stainless. (D1)
    Razor: Mühle R41. (2013)
Razor: Gallant II Platinum. (Head) - (D1)

    Post:
Cold Water Face & Head Rinse./Cold water face & head wash with brush squeezing's,/Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./L'0REAL Barber Club Reinforcing ASB./Ard Al Zafran Dirham Oud EDP.

    (Face & Head Shave)

New Shave set up to start the weekend. It's been a while since I last used the Mühle R41. Using the lightest of touch it mowed through my face stubble with effortless ease with no irritation weepers, or cuts.

"What a wonderfully efficient shaving tool the Mühle R41 is". I need to start using this razor more often.

The Feather Hi Stainless are superb blades but only give me two amazingly very smooth & efficient shaves, then the longevity & smoothness of them deteriorates, which isn't a big issue for me. I'm not a one to push a blade to just get an extra shave from it. I always have "Quality, rather than quantity" in mind with any blade I'm shaving with regardless of its cost or reputation.

I find over-sharpness in a blade is an Achilles heel and burns out quickly that's why I prefer DE blades that are slightly less sharp as in my personal opinion they keep their cutting edge longer & overall are more durable to use.

A close comfortable face & head shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Ard Al Zafran Dirham Oud EDP to the pulse points.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth and smelling divine.;)

Stay safe, and enjoy the start of the weekend ladies & gentlemen.

    King C. Gillette Facial Wash
    Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole
    Super Speed/new Astra Green
    PAA Cold Spices SS
    Gold Bond Moisturizer
    PAA Cold Spices AS Splash

Except for the menthol I would say that the scent of this soap and aftershave is practically the same as the Shulton Old Spice. The soap is vegan based I believe, and it lathers very well if you leave your brush relatively wet because this stuff is very thirsty. One thing I’ll add is that this is a very slick soap, and it gives pretty good postshave care. The Gold Bond moisturizer has no shortage of menthol and it’s so soothing. Finally the Cold Spices aftershave went on with its delightful Shulton Old Spice scent and a chilly menthol punch. The brand new Astra Green blade helped to ensure a perfect BBS shave that was tons of fun!

Enjoy the weekend and your shaves - be well and stay safe![IMG]

A very efficient razor. One can easily stop at two passes and feel like they did three. I almost did that, but I wanted the pleasure of that third pass. Smooth as silk. [IMG]

Razor : Razorock Game changer.84 with a RR 316 SSP radio knob handle. Mfg 2018>, tame mid range. Excellent machining and finish QC with a different method on loading a blade than other 3pc razors. I find the Kai SS blade(extra wide compared to a Standard Gillette blades by 8/1000 of a inch.) Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning.
Blade : Kai SS(10) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity. To me Kai seems to get better sometimes when using them. I going to push this one some more just because it was so good this morning.
Soap : Razorock M.F croap, nice cologne scented with some excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi" Ever helpful" 22mm 2band badger. Excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips with some backbone, very nice splay scrubber + great lather painter. If a person likes a very nice scrubber in 2band badger this was designed for those folks IMO.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock M.F with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : Dial 10 stellar.jpg or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers=[IMG] Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my RR GC.84 with Kai SS extra wide blade. Lately I have been getting some very close shaves, must be a weather change I'm thinking.
