Great Gillette RedTip shave Cbris. The TOBS Lime Zest seems like a winner.

Thank you, Joe. Give them Sharks a try out," be careful though, you may need a bigger razor! ".:D

P.S. They pair wonderfully with my slant razors. I've never tried the Super Chrome as yet, but the Super Stainless work for me..As always DE blades are very subjective.YMMV.

Well, this Throwback Thursday shave had a couple problems, but it was good overall. I had a cut down at Cactus Nation, and missed the area of my jawline, right side(sadly, that has been a common error for me). Othr than that, all went well. The Razorock soap I used was from that glass jar, which I find quite attractive as a shave soap container.Clean and clear along the cheeks, Porcupine Alley, left sideburn area, and most of Cactus Nation(neck). 1 cut, no Knicks, Polka-dots. I got the cut neutralized by the cold-water rinse and Clubman A.S. 2 passes. By, that Clubman gave me a big tingle-means it's doing its job. Late actor Jack Palance discussed the tingle persuasion during his classic Mennen Skin-Bracer commercial. A bit of a shock to the face and neck, but it's well worth it. Very Outstanding.

    Wednesday’s Shave
    DE Shave # 548 - 1508.5 Project - Busta’s Blend

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: Muhle R41
    Blade: Suneko Amorphous Diamond SS
    Brush: Jack Skully
    Lather: Tim’s Soap Busta’s Blend
    Aftershave: PAA Amalfi 3K
    Additional Care:
    Omega Alum
    Dickenson’s Original Witch Hazel
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

Outstanding lather with the Busta’s Blend which lead to an exceptional shave with the R41. I have about 6 shaves left with this soap before it meets up with the Edmund Fitzgerald.
I did manage one PTism or should I now say B2ism (B Squared) as I have a user error on my upper lip (rapid set down, careless). Overall, the R41 with the Suneko blade left my face super smooth.

    Here is the lather shot:

SRS # 1192 - OBSCUREtober Shave - Santa Fe Soap Ranch

    Rating: 5 / 5

Razor: Wade & Butcher 13/16 “Bow”
Brush: CRD Patriotic Swirl 26 mm Synthetic
    Pre-Shave: Pears Transparent Soap
Lather: Santa Fe Soap Ranch Redwood Vetiver
    Aftershave: Halston Z - 14
    Additional Care:
    Halston Z - 14 Cologne
    Omega Alum
    Dickenson’s Original Witch Hazel
    Stirling Unscented Glacial Balm

Awesome shave this morning. The Santa Fe Soap Ranch soap present a very nice, slick lather. The usual three passes to clean up this mornings growth. Do I need to do three passes? Nope but I enjoy the process.

Hope you all are having an enjoyable day.
