A much better shav this morning. No damage anywhere was the key reason, but I also did better down at N. Cactus Nation. The Stoylin brush did great in helping set me up for the shave. 2 healthy passes. Fine finish from the Pages A.S. As Outstanding As It Gets.

Prep: Hot shower with Aleppo olive oil soap w/ 20% bay laurel oil (traditional anti-acne)

Razor: Supply 2.0 matte black stainless steel injector w/ SE open comb "nick-proof" plate / Supply Black Label (about 9)

Soap: Jeeves of Hudson Street Key Lime shaving soap (stick)

Brush: Jason's 30DC LE maple cashmere

Lather Bowl: None

Post: rinse, alum, rinse, Jeeves of Hudson Street Key Lime splash -- and NO styptic pencil this time

Last shave: Saturday morning - 4 days

The setup:





I repeated my first two Decadent shaves of December -- my favourite injector razor and a brush made for the 30DC crew by Jason @jtspartan paired with the seasonal Key Lime soap and splash offering by the now defunct Jeeves of Hudson Street.

I did "one and done" today before zipping over to a video conference call.

After one pass WTG on the face and ATG on the neck, I was DFS with silent alum. No bloody nicks this time.
