Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent bar Soap.
Brush: Lider Turkish Boar.
Face Lather.
Lather: Derby Shaving Soap Bowl.
Blade: Amazon Solimo. (D4)
Razor: Yaqi DOC Mellon Razor Head/Schmidt R10 Handle.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's,/Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Yelken Lemon Eau De Cologne./Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

Early morning shave,

A wonderful shave to finish the month off superbly. In my focus throughout January with my clone razors it has made me realise to get more proficient with any razor you have to give them a long focus to get the familiar & the best from them.

In my February focus I will be revisiting the king C Gillette & Wilkinson Sword Classic TTO razors, paired together with Gillette King C & Wilkinson Sword Classic DE Blades for for both my face & head shaves, using various past & present shaving Creams soaps & post shave products from high street chemists shopping centres, & supermarkets.

A close comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling divine.

Quite good Throwback shave this morning, but it could have been better. A cut happened atSW Porcupine(chin, left side). It's still there,but the cold-water rinse and A.S. helped neutralize ir. I left some "astroturf" at N.E. Porcupine(where we grow our mustaches...but I don't plan to grow one). Fine everywhere else. One pass.I had to be careful with the large pour spout of the Royal Copenhagen A.S., but I did fine. I'm learning to not use much with those large spouts-enough will come out. RC has ben around for 2 and a half centuries, but their A.S. began in 1970, as I listed in SOTD. They wer mainly in the porcelain business to begin with. I'm surr they still are. Anyway..Pretty Outstanding for the shave.

I had decided to finish the month of January with my newest (by year) Gillette and my oldest tomorrow. However, I finally received word that my Super Adjustable Short Handle will be arriving today. They finally paroled it from the USPS in St. Louis. That only leaves one stuck over there and it's a NEW LC, so something I already have. So, today is the newest by year, and tomorrow will be the newest by acquisition.

For the '76 Superspeed I threw in a 7 O'clock Super Platinum. Very nice top end blade that matches very well with this razor. Smooth and very effective, two passes and touchups finished the job perfectly. Stirling Sheep on the JR #54 was absolutely over the top excellent. While I'm sorry to see MWF go, I'm more than happy to see Stirling as the heir apparent. Excellent lather. I'll throw on some Aqua Velva Musk tonight when I head back in to work.

One more day in Jillette January and then on to ????? February. Still trying to figure that one help. May have to wait and see what Joe @Trigger has up his sleeve for the coming month. Have a great day!
